Dear All,

please, help me, how to make a call between adobe connect and Tandberg Video-conference unit.
i need a tech doc, diagrams, and all devices needed to do this...

Are you using a licensed or hosted deployment of Adobe Connect?

Ok, you will need to be sure that the Flash Media Gateway was installed and that you have a SIP server or provider. This process is explained here (bottom of p. 39 to middle of page 45) http://help.adobe.com/en_US/connect/8.0 … nstall.pdf

With that done, you will need to have your Tandberg system setup with a SIP address so Connect can tie into it.

It is also worth noting that Connect currently only supports the following models, but should work with others:

Adobe Connect offically supports the Tandberg 990MXP and Edge 95 video conferencing devices, though other Tandberg H.264 devices should work as well.
