Persons recieving link to view Adobe Presenter Video Cannot View it

I was sent a video/webinar and was able to view it with no problems.  But some people I have sent the link to cannot access the video.  Is there something they need to have in order to view it?  I have Adobe Reader 7 and that's all - is that what they would need to download to view a Presenter video.  Sorry if this seems a simplistic question, I just am new at this.

Hey Francie,

Viewers will only need a web browser with the Flash Player installed.

I'm guessing it's most likely a permissions issue. A recordings typically takes on the permissions of the original meeting. You can make recordings public though.  Here's a quick tutorial:
