Delay in playback of recording

With everything closed on my machine except the playback (recording) of a course we ran on Connect, I am getting a delay. My audio is about 2 slides ahead of the presentation.

I ran the connection test to check my speed. Here  are the results:

**Any suggestions? I am trying to actually capture the recording with Camtasia as well since we all know you can't put a Connect course on a CD as of yet. Recording with Camtasia is going great except this delay makes it look terrible.

Hey MelissaFreundAO,

How were you recording audio?  Were you using VoIP or integrated telephony or something else?

Hi There  - We were using VoIP - could that be the issue. We have Platnuim support with Adobe and I have contacted them already late last week but have yet to hear anything back from them.
