Connect PDF content reflecting "In Progress" status vs. "Complete"

We upload PDF documents as "content" and include them in a curriculum in Adobe Connect.  We are having a problem with the PDF content reflecting "In Progress" instead of "Complete" when a user arrives at the end of the document.

We've tried "scrolling" with the mouse scroll wheel, using "page down" on the keyboard, using the arrow keys on the keyboard, and everything else we can think of.  All results are inconsistent in reflecting a "Complete" status in Adobe Connect.  As a result of all our PDF content inconsistently showing "In Progress", this cases the curriculum to also reflect a status of "In Progress".  This is causing a lot of confusion with the 350+ employees we have utilizing this training.

Does anyone have any ideas/advice of how to utilize PDF documents as content and avoiding the problem of them reflecting a status of "In Progress"?

Any help is much appreciated!

Re: Connect PDF content reflecting "In Progress" status vs. "Complete"

The Complete status is given when all the pages of the PDF are viewed. Assuming this is happening, you may need to call support to see if there is something else going on behind the scenes that is not reporting correctly.
