Uploading on the iPad

Is there any way to screen share and/or upload a document from an iPad?  All of our faculty are using iPads and would like to be able to be in a meeting and upload content using their iPad.

This is not possible from the iOS app. As I understand it, this is mostly due to restrictions from Apple.

That's odd, I hope that this can be fixed soon.  We are becoming more and more dependent of iPads at our University.

It's not likely to change given Apple's requirement to sandbox all applications on iOS devices. One application can't access documents from another application.
