400 bad request error while uploading

I have a user who is trying to upload a zip to the content section of our hosted Connect server. She is able to upload small files but she gets a 400 bad request error when trying to upload larger files (78mb) but others have been able to upload the same files without any problems.

Some more details: She uses IE 9, Windows 7. Hard wired internet connection.

I've had her clear her cache but it didn't fix it. Any ideas?
