Recordings - problem - failing - grey screen: what's happening?

Hi,
I've recorded numerous sessions in Adobe Connect Pro (training template) without a problem but occassionally I get a recording that seems to fail - I'm left with a grey screen. The recording seems to have captured something - the index ('Archive Transcript) shows the breakdown for the duration as expected but the recording displays nothing/fails to launch and attempts to run for a few seconds.

What is going wrong?

I've purposefully tried to replicate the issue without success e.g. I thought that unplugging the USB for the headset during the recording might cause it.

Is it something to do with bandwidith? I am hardwired connected when this has happened - its not a WiFi issue.

Would welcome thoughts on this!

Keep on getting this randomly. Ran a webinar on Tuesday. As part of our facilitator pre-session check I got us to run the audio wizard then each do a test recording. we had the dreaded grey screen again with one of the test recordings. Thankfully the webinar itself recorded fine, phew! :)

Our IS team are working on it but cannot find an answer.

Has anyone else seen this with recordings?
