User Status Complete but 0/0 Score

We have created training with several quizzes that are scored with a pass/fail result. We have set the "Max Attempts" as "1". I thought that if you start to take training, then exit out during the training, then go back in, then Adobe would allow you to pick up from where you left off. However, when I did this it started me from the beginning and indicated I was in "Review Mode" and my scores were not being recorded. When I go to check the reports it shows my Status as "Completed" with a score of 0/0, even though I did not actually finish the training, but I did finsih one quiz. Other staff who have actually completed the training show a Status of "Pass" or "Fail" with their actual score showing. Does anyone know why this is happening?
