Email message after event doesn't save link to edited recording

Hello all,

When we send a post-event email thanking participants for attending, we first create a template email with a place holder for the recorded session URL in the message body.

Something like :
To view a recording of the event, visit law-yale.adobeconnect.com/xxxxxxx

We then edit the recording ( creating the new link: p1tmc5iltbr)

We then copy and paste the URL and send the email
To view a recording of the event, visit law-yale.adobeconnect.com/p1tmc5iltbr.

The problem is the recipient receives the original template with the /xxxxxx link and no active link.

and yes, we are pressing the "save" buttons under "customize" and again in the "email options" window.

Our account is hosted via Adobe, so would this be an Adobe server refresh error, or am I missing something.

Any advise is greatly appreciated.
