Are ConnectNow sessions supported by Connect Mobile (on iPad)?

We have the hosted 5-seat ConnectNow subscription (not Connect Pro) and I'm getting a "Network Error" trying to access our URL via the iPad app (V1.5).  I have tried the following:

1) Entering the URL as connectnow.acrobat.com/site

2) Entering the URL as https://na2.connectnow.acrobat.com/site

3) Entering the URL via Safari (https://na2.connectnow.acrobat.com/site) - does not switch over to the Connect Mobile app after logging in, so i don't get to the "network error"

Am I doing something wrong or is it because we use ConnectNow?

Re: Are ConnectNow sessions supported by Connect Mobile (on iPad)?

Hi there,

Unfortunately, Adobe Connect Mobile only supports Adobe Connect accounts, not ConnectNow. Even though the two products share a common name, they're built using different architecture. ConnectNow is based on LCCS, which currently does not support mobile, though there is a mobile SDK in beta. I haven't tried launching a ConnectNow session using an Android device or a PlayBook, but I imagine it will work in a browser session (via the Flash Player).

And understand that this forum supports Adobe Connect. ConnectNow users have their own forum because the two solutions are so very different and targeted at completewly different customers.
