Connect Status Report

Hi all,

We just recently upgraded our connect from 7.x to 7.5 pro and everything has been going great, until we ran into this bug.  We are having trouble retrieving user reports after they finish a training class or quiz.  Under status it says "Not Taken" but has a time stamp.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What type of Course being uploaded? Is it occurring with all courses [newly created/older ones] and all students?

We are uploading the course through adobe presenter.  They are PPTs with interaction.  All students who have taken previously uploaded sessions since our update.  When I tried the new session with no questions, it worked.
