Quiz Scores

Hi.  We have created training using Presenter, and are making it available as an event.  The training contains a quiz.  Since we are looking for mastery, we allow multiple attempts for the quiz. Under the Event's Content report, we can see just the most recent attempt for each event attendee.

The problem that we've run into is that we have some users who return to the training after successfully completion.  What this then does is move them from "Passed" with a passing score, to "In Progress" with a zero.

I see that the By Registrants, Attendance report lists all of the users' sessions.  Is there a similar (even if it is downloadable) report that shows the Content quiz results of each of the attempts?  If not, how would we go about getting the previous quiz results?

Connect will hold on to the result of the last run through the quiz. It should also keep track of all the previous answers to the questions. However, not the results of previous attempts. It should also not drop the Passed status. If the user passes the training, any future access should be in Review Mode, where the interactions are no longer tracked.

If the user data is being changed from Passed to In Progress you may need to contact support to have them look at the server to determine why this is happening.
