Polycom cameras and Connect

Hello!

A client would like to use Polycom cameras to generate video stream to Connect meeting rooms.

They have Polycom cameras models 8000 and 7000.

What are the requirements to use these cameras and how do we build this solution? Is there a tutorial or PDF about this kind of environment?

Client says they're using Windows XP and Windows 7 on their workstations. Do these SO support this kind of setup?

If those cameras are SIP/H.264 capable, then a better solution would be to use the new VTC pod to bring the digital video and audio into the room via the network. The new Connect 8 Install Guide has the instructions.

Connect 8 Install Guide has got all the information regarding what kind of set-up it supports and almost everything.
