About Reocrded Meeting doesnt show anything

Hello ,

I am prajakta . We have recorded one online meeting on our account on ACP.When we try to view recorded session, it opens a new window and shows Connecting ..but doesnt show anything further.
When we click on Edit recording or Offline Recording,it opens a new window and shows "Resource doenst exists" Though it shows duration and size of recording in Meeting details
Flash Player version: 10.

We have purcashed online adobe license ...and we are using that...we dont have porblem for all recordings... we have recorded and downloaded more than 10 videos from ACP..but for ths one particular recording only we are facing that issue. Dont knw what's wrong in it...so plz let me know how can this be resolved.

We already  send mail to the support team but , still doesnt get  any reply from support. Thats y I posted here. Please , anyone know the solution pla help us .

Call support. 800-945-9210. If you have a ticket number from your email, then you can get to working out the issue faster.

we have already contacted  through online portal as well as on this number  but they have not yet replied with any solution.
