Meetings recordings general failure

Recordings don't work fine since last Adobe Connect update (version).

We've got dozens of recordings with:

- Broken time line (just try to forward and rewind, it'll stop playing)

- Blocked player (the recording stops at the first seconds)

- Video (webcam) lost

Anybody knows what's going on? Is there any solution?

Please give me some advice, our students are getting nervous.

The recording seems to work fine for me. It begins playing just fine, and if I skip around in the time line, it picks up where I drop it.

Video is present throughout.

Just try to go till min, 20:15 and then go back. The recording becomes white and stopped.

Did you ever resolve this issue? I am having a nightmare with a recording over the last 2 days. When I cut the first 10 minutes out of the recording and reload a new version it simply does not play. Also, I have experinced the same issues when skipping through my movie.
