Can't overide status

I can't seem to reset a student's status.  I saw in earlier posts that this was a know bug and would be fixed in a later SP release for version 7.  I am running 7.5 but the problem still exists.  I have removed and reenrolled, did an override, reset transcript but nothing seems to work.  When a student goes back in to take the exam all they can see are the slides but will not allow access to questions and status remains in REVIEW.  Any suggestions? Start by making sure you see the learners status as reset (like it should be) Then have them clear thier cache and visit the URL again.

In my experience I have found that the client side cashing the page were the reveiw status is set to review mode is the most common cause.

That didn't seem to fix the problem.  After i reset the user, their status remains "in progress" and the overide box says "Not Taken".  Any more suggestions would be appreciated.  I have a ticket in with adobe.  Still waiting to hear back from them.

The previous post was the the curriculum info, but the problem is when the users tries to take a test for one of the classes in the curriculum.

Is there a chance they took the course outside of this Curriculum? If they received credit elsewhere, then resetting the Course for them in this Curriculum may not do anything.

The status for the Curriculum should say In Progress, because that is their current status. The Curriculum tool, itself, doesn't have any method of resetting or manually changing a status. However the individual courses should.

I have use the course to reset the status. Nothing seems to work so far.   Under the individual courses it says:

SHIP Medicare Basics

override    Not Taken*       0/270         03/14/2011 3:17 PM      0/ Unlimited       By Questions

The user may have a caching issues, as jcooper9099 stated. Have you had the user clear their Flash player cache? That may be the culprit.

You can always have them access it from another computer, as that would help figure out if if was Connect or their cache.

I tried clearing out the Flash cache.  Didn't seem to help.  I think i will have to redo all the classes. I'm still waiting for a response/resolution from Adobe.
