Corporate Policies Regarding Webinar Information

Hello!

Our company is getting a number of questions from our legal and network admin departments regarding the safety and security of information shared.  We're looking at developing specific corporate policies regarding information that can be shared via webinar, how it can be recorded or stored, and how we can greater authenticate users on the other end.   

Does anyone out there already have corporate policies developed that I could look at as a model?
