Connect needs to create an easy to use Lobby and speaker pre-program conference function

Idea:
For webinar where operator assisted audio is not used:
Meeting host would setup a lobby waiting room for early attendees and a pre-program conference room for hosts and presenters.  This would be an admin page under the meeting setup.

This could be seen as two separate rooms/webinars that merge everything (audio and presentations) together at the push of a web button at the beginning of the webinar. It could be that it just pulls the Lobby into the pre-program conference room and begins sharing/broadcasting the Host/presenter
