Connect Pro Mobile does not understand "compliance notice"

Hi All,

On our Adobe Connect Pro implementation we have a compliance notice  -- the notice prompts users to accept the Terms of Use of the meeting before joining.

The mobile app does not understand this step and will get stuck -- giving you the errors like "the entered room does not exist"

On our test server, I disabled the notification (Administration > Compliance and Control > Recordings and Notice, removed the check on Enable Compliance Notice); once that was done I was able to log in as a guest user.

Thanks for posting this. I was having the same problem getting into the room and couldn't figure out why.

I hope they'll add a feature to allow people to click through the compliance notice.

Darn, after seeing your message, I thought maybe adding "?disclaimer-consent=true" might be a workaround, but apparently not.

(We have the same problem.)

Unfortunately, it's the case that Connect Pro Mobile won't be able to connect to a meeting with a compliance notice.  It's been included in the known issues document which has now been posted to the site.  You can download it here:

Hi,
Just to close off this thread, support for click-through acknowledgment of Compliance Notices was added in Adobe Connect Mobile for iPhone version 1.0.1. So it should definitely be working for you as long as you have that version or later (we are now at 1.0.3).
