Configuring Presenter Rights

It would be nice to configure what a Presenter can and can't do in a room within ACP Central. Not unlike the idea of turning pods off in the Central.

Then, when creating a room, offer a radio button to enable this feature. This should be off by default, so  the usual rights for a Presenter are applied unless otherwise "clicked".
