Attendee List refresh

Is there a way to refresh the Attendee List or the Connect Pro overall view other than closing the session and re-opening?

Occassionally, and it seems to be related to events in which we utilize breakout rooms, the attendee list will display a single attendee multiple times or will display a blank entry in the attendee list. Is there a way to refresh this view? To close all open sessions and re-login seems to work but we would prefer to not have to do this in the middle of an event. Any suggestions? We are using the hosted version of Connect Pro.

This bug has nothing to do with breakout groups as we've been seeing the duplicate user issue on our hosted instance of Connect since we first purchased it years ago. Just in the last month we're now seeing the 'blank lines' in the Attendee Pod. Never saw those before this month.

We have never used the breakout group feature.

Yes -- If you are the host, using shift+click or ctrl+click select the attendees to be removed, choose the pod options box/button and remove the users.

* shift+click is for selecting contiguous ranges of attendees, ctrl+click is for selecting non-contiguous individuals. *

Is there any way that we can refresh the attendee list than removing them? we have an issue here that users in the attendee list disappears some times and they never being seeing again until the whole meeting room closes and reopen. This always happens when changing screens and not happens on each and every meeting.

I don't think the refresh will do any good. Because it seems like the whole user table seems screewed up in this case. Even the chat pod has those dummy users for private chat. Hence the attendee list looks like a UI front end and closing it and reopening won't help as the data itself seems mismatched.

@bhaden - By the way, which Connect are you on?  I remember this was a big problem till C7.5 and then went away. Then was seen again with launch of C8 and again fixed with some hotfix they did.

@kulratnav - Remove the add-in (clear the flash cache) and try re-installing the add-in and see if that works. Try using the latest add-in for your build.

@anik - I removed the add-in on couple of machines. But still we see attendee pod leave blank spots. This is a random issue. Not all meeting rooms give this issue. Mostly we see this happens when large number of participants joined the meeting. (Ex. more than 30 participants)

This looks like a bug in Adobe Connect. Bug number 2678843. According to Adobe support Adobe Connect 8 should resolve this issue.
