Server-based MP4 meeting recordings in 11.4. How it works?

Hello.

We are actually looking at the new release 11.4 notes and saw the "Server-based MP4 meeting recordings" part.
We were trying to find some information about this but it seems that there is none than the one we can see here: https://helpx.adobe.com/adobe-connect/using/what-s-new-in-adobe-connect.html

It seems now when you finish the recording a mp4 file would be available at the server. But where are they saved? And is it possible to download that mp4 from an API request or is still mandatory to use the admin panel in order to download a recording locally?.

Thanks in advance for any help!

With the new WebRTC version of Connect recordings will be made in MP4 format. You can download them via API or in the UI, but no conversion process is required. This is just a beta function in Connect 11.4 and can only be used if that is made available for your account. It will be the new normal (I expect) in the next major release of Connect.

Yes, if you use the new Enhanced Audio/Video feature, it will create MP4 recordings instead of the current format.

This new feature is currently in beta and has just started rolling out to customer accounts. It will be available for everyone in the next few weeks.
