Random breakout rooms

Hello Connect Community!

I have a feeling I know the answer but wanted to check with our community to see what things others have done.

I am looking for a way to randomize breakout room attendees. Similar to the distribute button but with the ability to randomize who goes into each breakout room.

I don’t mind building a custom pod for this if it’s possible but from what I remember with Adobe Connect 9, the breakout room api’s are read only.

What have others done to get around this aside from just pulling random names into random rooms?

Hey Josh,

There's no way that I know of to do this, and you're right about the breakout room API's being read-only for now.

The team is looking at improvements to breakout rooms - let me pass this on as a suggestion.
