Camera won't work in APP but Works in Browser. HELP?

I have a secondary camera that I always used in the CLASSIC mode.  However, since the change to the new formatting for Live Lesson rooms, the secondary camera will not work in the APP mode.  When I switch it to BROWSER, it works.  BUT if I need to use my document camera or share a screen, I cannot do that in the BROWSER mode so I have to switch back to the APP.

Can someone help me.  I need to be able to function using camera and share a screen without having to switch between APP and BROWSER.  ?????
