Closing the account

Hey, guys! I'm gonna close my account on Adobe Connect and I want to know if there is any form to preserve the data and the layouts I've created in this account? Do you know if that is possible?

No, if you close the account the contents of the account are lost. You should be able to download reports for any data you need to save, but that would be the extent of what you are going to be able to keep.
