How do I put an image in my post?

Hello,

I have an image file on my computer that I want to put in a post.  I looked at the help for BBCode, and for image tag, and was unable to modify the example there for the image on my hard drive (Windows PC).

How do I modify that line of code to do it?

Can the path on my computer, and the file name, have spaces in them when put in the code?

Please advise.

The image has to be hosted somewhere else and publicly available. Once you have the URL to the image, you can use the image tag "[img]" before the URL, and the closing image tag "[/img]" after the URL (without the double-quotes).
