Post-event Survey

Would be great to have Event Management collect a post-event survey. I would love to include this in a post-event email that adds additional fields to their original registration -- so I have them all in one neat report after.

Currently using other services (e.g. SurveyMonkey) and would like to provide a more polished and professional mechanism.
