Presenter Microphone Issues

Two weeks ago I held a dry run with speakers without any microphone issues during the VOIP session. They used the laptop built in microphone. This week, during the webinar, 2 of the 5 presenters were unable to connect their microphones. No microphone was detected. We tried Audio Setup, checking computer and browser settings for permission, switching from browser to the app. No luck. After 20 minutes of troubleshooting, our session was VOIP only, one speaker never connected and the other ended up sharing a computer with another person in her organization. It seems like this happened after the recent maintenance update. Any suggestions?

Hi,
did they use Lenovo laptops? There's a known issue with those and built-in microphones. I've had that with several users, too, and interestingly enough, their microphone worked fine in the next session. But I don't know any workaround.
