Hello,

On Adobe Connect 11, I have users who have unexpected disconnections.

It works and then there are disconnections.

I have in the "ConnectorCoreLog" file the following messages with an information notice:

The IP 195.220.43.145 is that of the ACTS - Adobe Connect Transmuxing Server service.

I have a problem with ACTS, the service is functional and started well.

I don't understand the disconnections.
