Main Session Slide returns to 1 returning from Breakouts

When I end my breakouts and the attendees return to the Main Session they are seeing the first slide in the Share file rather than the slide I am presenting. When the host advances all attendees are then seeing the correct slide. Any ideas on what is the matter - this definitely will not work this way.
