Adobe Connect Screen Sharing Error on 32-bit systems

Hello there; My computer is 32 bit. I have installed adobe connect 32 bit. There is no problem opening Adobe connect. but when I screen sharing, users cannot see my screen. My screen turns dark green in the preview. how do i solve this problem? thanks.

Adobe Connect 11.2 is used.
