Background image not appearing for everyone

In reference to the following tutorial, I'm finding that not all my participants nor presenters are seeing my custom background. It appears in my view and is also recorded. However, seems hit or miss on who else sees it.

Are there any current limits as to why the background will not appear for someone? Browser vs app? PC vs Mac? Desktop vs mobile? In one case in particular, the person was on a PC using the current AC app.

Bump. Still an issue even after several updates. Any thoughts? I noticed it myself when using Adobe Connect on a PC as my own backup to an event.
