Number of users in the room: PROBLEM

Hello,

We are using Adobe Connect 11.

There will be lessons in our 200-person classroom. However, some users had trouble entering the class. (due to him)

one of them tried to enter the classroom 15 times. actually he is 1 person, but the number of users in the room has increased constantly.

Because it seems to be still in the classroom in the reports section.

Although there are 2 people in the class, it acts as if there were 15 people due to this mistake.

the support team did not want to understand the problem persistently for 1 hour.

PLEASE assist us with this problem.

thank you

Re: Number of users in the room: PROBLEM

- Is he showing up in the Attendee list multiple times?
- How do you have the access set for the room (public, account members, accepted guests, etc...)?

multiple appears in the reports section of the class.
This is not the real problem, but the system writes log in and does not print out.

That's why the student named Aybuke fills the class quota as he constantly tries to enter the classroom.

that is, the system perceives it as if there are 15 people. please see.

actually there is no aybuke in the classroom at that time!

If Aybuke had clicked 200 times and tried to enter the class, only 1 person could enter the 200-person class.

funny but true.
