Little Issue Bouquet to sort out :D

during our seminars we came across the following issues we try to sort out, maybe some of you can help, i think one or two of these are probably known issues.

- termination of screenshare withing breakout rooms when guests are moved or rejoin after loosing connection

- various issues concerning audio: no clean separation of breakout room audio.
Some Breakout rooms are able to hear others

- when joining a breakout room as moderator, some can hear the moderator, some can't, all can hear each other within the room.

- in the main meeting room some guests can't be muted. Muting all or manually muting these individuals does not help.

- some guests or moderators are not muted though the button is used to mute oneself

- performance issues throughout

Maybe somebody has experienced one or more of these and is able to help.

Thanks in advance, have a nice weekend :)

Re: Little Issue Bouquet to sort out :D

The issue with breakout room audio being heard in a different breakout was also reported by a customer to our support team. Engineering is currently investigating the issue. Here's the ticket: CONN-4123554

Having said that, what you're experiencing may be due to participants using different audio channels in the room. Adobe Connect doesn't yet support mixed mode audio in breakouts - i.e. some people dialing in using the phone, and others using VoIP. Universal Voice is also not supported with breakout rooms since Adobe Connect is simply dialing in as another participant and doesn't have any visibility into who is using which line.

If possible, it's best to use a single audio mode - either have everyone using VoIP or everyone using integrated telephony. That may solve the problems you're facing.

Re: Little Issue Bouquet to sort out :D

We do have all our participants join in via VoIP. There is no phone dialing in or something of that sorts.
