Adobe Connect crashing

Hi,

we have on-premise installation of Adobe Connect 9.5.7 (two server cluster and separate DB server) and from time to time service fails so we need to start it manually. This is what we have in system logs:

Looks like it could be an issue with the DB or Connect's communications with it. Have you opened a ticket with Adobe Support?
