HTML5 Animations not loading

We are in the process of assuring that all of the previous SWF content that was presented in our Connect Classroom pods is updated to HTML5. However, upon converting SWFs to HTML5 canvases we are finding that they are not loading in Connect. HTML5 animations also do not load when utilized within Captivate courses that are published to Connect. Captivate courses themselves do load into connect and GIF animations work.

What is the method that others have taken to assure animations are HTML5 compliant and actually load within Connect?
