Application msi rollout problem (2020.7.16 up to 2020.9.24)

Hi All,

we're organization where Adobe Connect Application is deployed to 30000 PC's. Once we started to test new client applications for v11 this summer starting with 2020.7.16, up to 2020.9.24, it posed us with a problem depicted in the screenshot:

Software installs in program files successfully. Afterwards, user needs to logoff/restart to finalize installation to the user's profile. When he's logging in, he gets the error shown in the screenshot. Software installs correctly in users folder, but we don't like the error displayed. Tried disabling antivirus software, tried giving more rights on the program files adobe connect folder to the standard user.


We're using SCCM deployment software, using system account and we didn't had any problems with prior versions (currently running on 2020.1.5).

Did anyone experience similar problems?

A new version of the App was released yesterday, any chance that resolved the issue?

Sadly not, it's still the same. We are considering rolling out standalone version somehow, but it's so unfortunate with this MSI.

Eventuale we have decide to deploy standalone version and not waste time with MSI anymore
