Really low mic volume with cordless Jabra Evolve 65 headset

With my earlier headset, microphone volume was never a problem. Now with the brand new Really low mic cordless Jabra Evolve 65 headset, the volume of my speech is hardly audible in the Audio Wizard, although the mic volume is adjusted to full.

Is there possible some compatibility problem? Anything I can do for it?

I've had very little success with Bluetooth headsets over the years. Consider using a Logitech H600 instead. I've used that headset for years and it has been very reliable.
