Connect Central Bug or Feature?

Hi,

When one creates a new seminar room it's shown on the Adobe Connect central. When you click on the edit button of that seminar room (Screenshot: https://pasteboard.co/JrsTZ5z.png )  from central edit meeting window opens, which has Invitations tab but Sessions tab, and strangely Meetings tab is selected on the menu.

Is it a bug or a secret gem?

When I contacted the support they told me that it's by design. I suggested them to open a ticket internally, they told me that it's as it is and won't be able to open a ticket!!!

I agree that this is a bug. I will get it filed as such.

Ugh, sorry to hear that. As you can see from above, it will be logged as a bug.

Re: Connect Central Bug or Feature?

Hi Jorma,

I understand your sympathy but the problem here is more severe, let me define it:

Technical support supposed to investigate the incident, suggest fix to client and decide whether or not it should be logged as a bug.

In this situation Adobe Connect support does not have any initiative to define a bug as a bug.

Adobe Connect support is just a decoy to stall off people. Which causes incredible waste of time and money.
