Adobe session based on Template
Good morning,
I have a grey screen on my sessions.I have none of the layouts or even the possibility of adding new pods (only meeting / speakers and mic)
It was created through a specific template that was working perfectly until last Friday.
Anyone has this issue?
How can I solve it?

This is usually a result of either a room or session corruption. Contact Adobe Support with the room URL and they should be able to provide a fix. https://www.cosocloud.com/applications/ … ntegration
