Issue with audio echo
Hello,
We are testing a trial version of Connect. We had a small meeting with 5 participants, everyone using VoIP. The audio was very poor and there was an echo. I have done some research and have a few questions:
-would a headset make a big difference or should participants be able to use their mic's through their laptops?
-would muting all participants make a big difference? Is the best way by using single speaker mode?
We will try testing again but if anyone has any suggestions, it's greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

Re: Issue with audio echo
Headsets would make all the different. Using the built in computer speakers and mic will cause an echo or audio feedback loop. This can also be improved by using the Connect Application rather than having the meeting open in your browser.
If headsets aren't possible, have attendees mute their mic unless they are talking.
