Some participantes can´t hear the host

Hi,
Yesterday we had an problem in a meeting. 2 participantes couldn´t hear the host and in the recording you only can hear the host voice using the application, entering the recording by browser like Chrome you neither can hear the voice of the host.  The participantes could hear the other users just fine only the host was not audible.

Any ideas?
