Adobe Connect pre-meeting diagnostic test (2 or 4 components???)
Hi, Adobe Connecting Meeting Test results, present different results in same and/or different environments, and causing questions about how to ensure that meeting participants have the best experience, in the transition from face-to-face to distance learning experiences...
According Adobe Help basis on Adobe Connect Meeting Test, If you have Adobe Flash Player installed or enabled in your browser, the pre-meeting test checks 4 components essential for a successful meeting experience, with 4 components verified in the Results of the pre-meeting test and If Adobe Flash Player is not installed or disabled in your browser, the pre-meeting test checks 2 components.
We perform pre meeting tests in different browsers (Chrome, Safari), environments (Windows, Mac) and users (participants, hosts): we received results different from described (2 or 4 components checked): with the Flash plugin installed and enabled, the pre-meeting test, checks 2 components and sometimes checks the 4. We couldn't identify the difference: it checked 2 or 4 components with the same environment!!!
Why does connect pre-meeting test show results with the same environment?
Ensue impact on speed or user experience when pre-meeting test checks 2 or 4 components?
Many thanks! :D

Which two items are tested when you only see two? What are the details from the test results when you only see two items tested?
Item #4, the Application check may not run if you are testing in your browser's flash player. So if that is one of the two missing tests, that makes sense.
