Issues authoring email for Events

When we try to author the email template for an event (Event Management --> E-Mail Templates), you are redirected to an Adobe AEM page with the URL: https://author-emea4.adobeconnect.com .

In this side a few users do not have the rights to author the page. When they open the AEM drop down list in the right upper corner, it does not contain any entry. How can we achieve, that the author has the rights to edit the email template?

They should be in the Seminar Administrator group. If they are there and still not seeing items in that tool bar then you could contact Adobe Support directly.
