Restricting Download of Files in Files Pod

Is there a way to limit which Participants can access which files in the Files Pod?

Here is my scenario: I have attendees in session. I need them to role play. I want each role to have a unique script/prompter card. I'd like to have those cards loaded in the Files pod and have the Participants receive only their unique script/prompter card. Without using email to get the card to them, can it be done in a live virtual learning environment in Connect?

The best workflow I can think of would be to set up some breakout rooms with Files pods with the appropriate card for them to download. Then send the individuals to the breakout room for them to download the right file. After that you could pull them back into the main meeting or into different breakout rooms to do collaborative work.
