Adobe Connect freezing during meeting

Hi

yesterday and today, when in a session, and not able to replicate the trigger as it seems to occur at different times or durations into the session - the adobe connect app freezes - spinning pinwheel and unable to do anything within the app - still able to use other apps, and able to use Force Quit to stop the app…..

very annoying - any word on how to solve this one?

Using MacOS Mojave 1-.14.6 - opening room via Chrome, then following prompt to open Adobe Connect - which opens just fine. First time was an hour into a presentations, then force quit and restart to freeze again in 10 minutes. Today froze after two hours...

Are you using the latest version of the Mac App? I believe there were recently some performance enhancements with the latest update.
