Websocket error with HTML meeting

Hi,

I'm getting the following error when attempting to access a meeting using the HTML client:

Error during WebSocket handshake: Unexpected response code: 302
w @ 3f524b0….worker.js:1
(anonymous) @ 3f524b0….worker.js:1

To my knowledge, the ACTS server is configured correctly. Just wondering if anyone else can help me resolve this issue?

I'm running Adobe Connect 10.5 (on premise).

Are you redirecting users from SSL to non-SSL?  Did you configure ACTS for HTTPS?  logs would be helpful
