Can't upload materials
Hello,
I try to upload materials to my new Adobe Connect Meeting Account but I get the message I ain’t authorized and I should ask the Administrator for help. On the other side it looks that way: I’m registrated with my E-Mail-Adress as an Administrator and also as a manager/curator oft he course.
So I ask you for support: what can I do to upload materials.

To upload content to the Connect server you need to be a Meeting Host, Author, Named Virtual Classroom Manager, or Name Webinar Manager. Admins are not allowed to upload content (it's the only limitations that group has). Add your self to whichever group you have licensing for and it should resolve the issue.
