Can't Change Layout

One of my colleagues has been experimenting with different layouts in her Connect meetings.  She can change the layout is all-but-one of the meetings she has creating, and we can't think why that one meeting would be different.

Is there a setting somewhere that would prevent a host from changing the layout of a meeting?

It is possible the room became corrupt. If that room is the only one with issues, try deleting and recreating the room (so she can use the same URL).
