Recordings go missing after successful meeting

After a few successful meetings, the recordings for those meetings seems to be missing. the disk usage says 0.0kb but i have more than sufficient room for a recording. It doesn't seem to be a disk space issue, when I click to view the recording it just gets stuck on a loading screen.

If you aren't just waiting for the audio from the teleconference provider to come over, then it may be an issue that needs to be looked at by Adobe Support. They should be able to see what is going on on the server side and hopefully provide a resolution.

what happens to the recording if you close the account? How can we retrieve them?

If the account is closed, then the recordings are likely lost. You can always reach out to your reseller and see if the account can be reactivated.
